Teilapparat-Spannfutter für CNC-Drehmaschinen, Fräsmaschinen

Das automatisch indexierende Spannfutter kann das Werkstück an beiden Enden mit nur einer Spannung drehen.
Das Indexieren erfolgt während der Spindeldrehung und kann einen schnellen Wechsel zwischen mehreren Arbeitsachsen durchführen.
Alle Teile des Spannfutters gehärtet, geschliffen und direkt geschmiert.
Abgedichtet gegen Späne, Splitter und Kühlmittel.
Hohe Steifigkeit und hohe Wiederholgenauigkeit.
Einzigartiges Indexierungs- und Hydrauliksystem, mit Druckerkennungsvorrichtung im Futter, hohe Zuverlässigkeit.
Das Teilapparat-Drehfutter verkürzt die Spannzeit des Werkstücks und löst die Probleme der niedrigen manuellen Betriebseffizienz und der schlechten Genauigkeit.

The maximum rotational speed can only be achieved when the hydraulic pressure is at its maximum. Additionally, the operating pressure and the weight of the clamping fixture must not exceed the values shown in the table above.
Indexing can be performed while the spindle is rotating. However, when indexing at high rotational speeds, it is recommended to reduce the speed by 50% to avoid vibration caused by imbalance when the workpiece is in an intermediate position. Furthermore, depending on the shape of the workpiece, indexing during spindle rotation may not be possible.
